Parent Handbook(2010-2011):
The Parent Handbook is your guide to school policies and procedures. This is required reading for all school parents. The handbook also includes playground rules, dress code, and information on Our Parents' Organization. Please click here to download the handbook. After reading please print the last page and return to your child's class teacher on the first day of school.
Emergency Forms:
There are several necessary forms that are required to complete each child's file. These forms are important for emergency information and situations. Please click on the form(s) and download the form to complete and return to the school office by the first day of school.
Emergency Food Pack: Each child is required to bring an EMERGENCY FOOD PACK on the first day of school. Download this form, complete it, and place in a gallon zip lock bag along with the non-perishable food items listed on the form.
PHOTO RELEASE FORM:
Throughout the school year our teachers, parents and staff will be taking pictures of classroom and all-school events. The photo release allows Bethel Lutheran School to use those photos in advertising, on the website, and other areas. Discernment is always used when publishing a photo for advertising or publicity purposes. Please download this form and submit on the first day of school. Click here to download.
Direct Payment:
Bethel offers direct tuition payment from your checking account through Vanco. This is an easy way to set up your tuition installments so they come directly out of your checking account on a date you choose. No need to stop by the office each month with a check. This service is free to you and is highly recommended. To download an enrollment form, please click here. If you have any questions about this service, please contact the school's bookeeper.
PayPal:
Bethel is pleased to now offer PayPal as an alternative way to pay your tuition, hot lunch orders, and elementary extended care. There is a 2.9% convenience fee charged to all PayPal "purchases". Click on the PayPal button on the homepage to use.
Dress Code:
Bethel Lutheran School requires uniforms for our Jr Kindergarten through Fifth grade students. Click here for the JK through Fifth grade elementary uniform dress code.

Merry Mart Uniforms in Santa CLara is our uniform supply store. Click here to see a price listing.
