Our students were excited to plant and tend Bethel’s garden this spring. The composter has been a great way to nourish the soil and learn about the environment. Zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, and strawberries are now beginning to appear. We are looking forward to a harvest of healthy eating this summer and fall. Our goal is to share what we grow with our community as we continue to nurture our students’ attitude of caring for and sharing with others. Bethel’s Garden Club is open to all students in 1st– 5th grades.
