Class Supply Lists
Each program has a unique set of items needed from families to help run smoothly. These items can include, facial tissue, cleaning wipes, diapers/baby wipes, pencils, crayons, and more. Class supply lists are available on your classroom quick link page in School Speak.
Emergency Food Pack
Each child is required to bring an emergency food pack by their first day of school. Place all items in a 1-gallon zip top bag, along with the Emergency Food Pack Form located in the back-to-school packet section of School Speak. This pack should include non-perishable snack foods with pop top lids (nothing with nuts or seeds), utensils (if needed), boxed juice or water, an encouraging note that can be read to your child, and a family photo.
Preschool age students need assistance to apply sunscreen during the day. In order to apply sunscreen to your child, a sunscreen application form must be on file. Please print, sign and submit this Suncreen Application form along with your sunscreen container labeled with your child’s name.
Direct Payment (Auto Withdrawal)
Bethel offers direct tuition payment from your checking account through Vanco. This is an easy way to set up your tuition installments so they come directly out of your checking account on a date you choose. No need to stop by the office each month with a check. This service is free to you and is highly recommended. To download an enrollment form, please click here. If you have any questions about this service, please contact the school’s bookkeeper.
Preschool children are required to wear clean clothing in good repair that is free from negative symbols, violent images, and/or inappropriate words or phrases. Children’s shoes must be safe non-slipping with closed in shoes. Tennis shoes are preferred. Jellies, boots, crocs, and shoes with heels are not acceptable. All shoes must be closed toe and have a back. Preschool students do not require backpacks.
Snacks and Lunch
Bethel provides a morning and afternoon snack for all students that attend our program. Our snack schedule includes items from up to three food groups. Menus are posted in each classroom for easy reference. Please note that sometimes when an item is unavailable, a substitute will be served. We can accommodate for many food allergies, but children with severe food allergies will need to provide their own snacks. Our snacks are nut and seed free.
At this time, Bethel does not have a hot lunch program. Parents must provide a lunch for all children. Lunches need to be in a container that can keep the correct temperature. Due to health codes, staff is unable to refrigerate or heat food in a microwave.
