The Parent Handbook is your guide to school policies and procedures. The handbook also includes playground rules, dress code, and information on Bethel Parents Organization.
Class Supply Lists
Please select the class supply list for your class/grade: Monkeys/Frogs, Owls/Caterpillars/Pandas/Penguins, as well as, the additional forms needed, i.e. Parent Release for Medication Administration, Emergency Food Pack, and School Calendar. Please read the following forms and have your physician fill out the information requested if needed. TB Mandate Parent Letter & TB Risk Assessment Letter. For students entering Jr. Kindergarten & Kindergarten, a Report of Health Examination for School Entry must also be completed by your physician prior to September 3oth.
Emergency Food Pack
Each child is required to bring an EMERGENCY FOOD PACK on the first day of school. Download this form, complete it, and place in a gallon zip lock bag along with the non-perishable food items listed on the form.
Younger elementary age and preschool age students may need assistance to apply sunscreen during the day. If you wish your child’s teacher to assist with sunscreen application, please print, sign and submit this Suncreen Application form.
Direct Payment (Auto Withdrawal)
Bethel offers direct tuition payment from your checking account through Vanco. This is an easy way to set up your tuition installments so they come directly out of your checking account on a date you choose. No need to stop by the office each month with a check. Our preschool students have a dress code. Preschool children are required to wear clean clothing in good repair that is free from negative symbols, violent images, and/or inappropriate words or phrases. Children’s shoes must be safe non-slipping with closed in shoes. Tennis shoes are preferred. Jellies, boots, crocs, and shoes with heels are not acceptable. All shoes must be closed toe and have a back. Preschool students do not require backpacks.
